Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, including premade embroidery designs, custom embroidery designs, and coaching sessions, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for digital purchases.

Non-Refundable Policy
At Blue Gem Embroidery, we take pride in the quality of our physical embroidered products. Please note the following situations are non-refundable:
- Normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, or fabric stretching over time.
- Damage caused during or after washing or drying, as laundering methods vary by customer preference.
- Dissatisfaction with fabric characteristics after washing or wearing (e.g., softness, thickness, or appearance).
- Orders lost in transit. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages. However, we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is an issue with the embroidery itself (e.g., incorrect design, thread color, or placement).
- Minor variations in stitching, thread color, or design placement are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
