CUSTOM DIGITIZING

THE PROCESS
Precision in every stitch
How to get started
Step 1: Submit Your Design Request
Please fill out the form below with as much detail as possible and upload a clear image of your artwork.
It’s important that you submit the final version of your artwork with your request. Your design will be manually digitized based on the artwork and instructions you provide at the time of submission. Every element is created manually, any changes outside of the original request such as updated artwork, size changes, or missing details not caused by my error are not considered revisions. These are classified as rework and will be quoted at an additional cost.
The more information you provide, the more accurate your quote will be. Everything matters when it comes to digitizing.
Providing these details upfront also helps to ensure the file is done right the first time and minimizes the need for revisions.
Step 2: Get a Quote
Once your form is submitted, I’ll personally review your request and email you a custom quote based on the complexity of the design and your specific requirements.
You’ll also receive an estimated turnaround time, depending on my current order volume.
A direct link to a listing on my website will be included in the same email so you can complete your payment securely.
Step 3: Digitizing & Delivery
After payment is received, your file(s) will be digitized manually, no auto-digitizing is involved.
Once complete, your design will be delivered to your email in the requested format and size, along with a PDF showing the stitch sequence and a preview of the finished design.
Step 4: Test Your File
It is your responsibility to test the design on your machine before applying it to the final product.
Embroidery is a collaboration. Your stabilizer, thread, hooping, knowledge, experience and machine all play a part too.
I only control one variable, the file. Everything else is up to your setup and execution. That’s why it’s important to run a sample stitch first. This is the stage where you’ll identify any issues that may arise, whether file-related or otherwise.
Step 5: Revisions (If Needed)
If you experience an issue after sample stitching the file, please send a clear photo of your stitch-out.
I will review the results to determine whether the issue is due to a digitizing error. If a digitizing issue is confirmed, I will make the correction and also do a sample stitch on my end to verify the fix.
Only one free revision is included if the issue is related to the digitizing. Once that correction has been made and confirmed with my own stitch-out, it becomes your responsibility to work on achieving the same results on your end.
I also offer one additional minor change (e.g. minimal size adjustment, color change or small text tweak) if requested within 2 days of delivery. All other changes outside of the original request will be quoted separately.
