Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Each item is custom-made to order, and due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom items, including personalized sweatshirts, as they are made specifically for each customer.

Non-Refundable Policy

At Blue Gem Embroidery, we take pride in the quality of our physical embroidered products. Please note the following situations are non-refundable:

• Normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, or fabric stretching over time.
• Damage caused during or after washing or drying, as laundering methods vary by customer preference.
• Dissatisfaction with fabric characteristics after washing or wearing (e.g., softness, thickness, or appearance).
• Orders lost in transit. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or lost packages. However, we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
• Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is an issue with the embroidery itself (e.g., incorrect design, thread color, or placement).
• Minor variations in stitching, thread color, or design placement are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects..

Sizing & Order Accuracy

• A size guide is provided in the listing photos to help you select the best fit. I am unable to offer sizing recommendations beyond the manufacturer’s guide, as fit is a personal preference.
• Please review your order carefully before checkout, including size, color, spelling, and design details. Once an order is placed, I am unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Defects or Order Issues

• If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to a mistake on my end, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and I will work with you to find a resolution.
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or ordering the wrong size/design does not qualify as a defect.
