- Type of embroidery machine. eg Brother SE600
- Type of fabric and placement
- Format for digitized file
- Size needed
2. After the order is placed, please send us a message with the design you would like us to digitize.
3. The timeframe for turnaround will be provided once we receive the image.
4. Once digitized we will send the design to your email in the format and size required. We accept only one revision per order. Any additional revisions may be at an extra cost to you.
5. If the logo contains letters, please provide me with the name of the source. To reduce the delivery time and the cost please send me a high definition file.

Kimberly Tezeno I'm never disappointed with her work. She is meticulous and actually stitches before sending the files back. She also provides suggestions on what needle, thread wt., and stabilizer to use for the best stitch out. I've used other digitizers and I can tell they just digitize and don't sample.

Sara Scheck Blue Gem is my go to for digitizing. Always have artwork turn out perfect and she takes great care to give any additional instructions if a design might need different size needles and threads. Turnaround time is always quick. I don’t use anyone else anymore. Highly recommend!
